Hey guys. It’s been a while. When life happens, certain things need to be put on hold and, sadly, that was Fit Life Mode. I went through a super busy period, which gladly ended with a new job (yay!). Now I can say: I’m back! 😎
I know I said Motivation Series will be a January thing. But yesterday I was thinking: “Who on earth would not need motivation everyday?!” And so I decided to make this a monthly thing.
February is all about that bass. Because music make you lose control. Or what I’m really trying to say is that even on the most horrendous, rainy, 5am, “I want to stay in bed” mornings, the only thing that really makes me want to put my trainers on is a badass tune.
Today I want to share my Ultimate Workout Playlist. Every time I play it, it makes me sprint faster, push heavier and jump higher. Some of the tunes are old, some are weird, some are cool, but all of them have one thing in common – they motivate me.
